Khimaira is experienced in manufacturing seating for the defence industry. We have delivered thousands of seats for armoured vehicles as well as military boats and ships. Standard products are available for the defence industry’s various needs. However, we customise and design every product individually in cooperation with the customer as needed.

We are familiar with the needs of the defence industry and the tough quality criteria set by challenging work environments. We deliver the required documents with the products and projects, and carry out APQP and PPAP procedures as requested by the customer.

Among our numerous customers are Patria, Marine Alutech, Millog, Laivasähkötyö, the Finnish Defence Forces and many other international customers.

We have worked with Khimaira for almost two decades regarding upholstery and spare parts for seats in ships and work boats manufactured for the Finnish Defence Forces.
